Writing Best Practices

  • Mainly focus on SEO, Blogging, and the Affiliate Marketing Industry.
  • We like relevant, well-researched posts (preferably 2500+ words) with actionable tips.
  • Your post should be 100% original and unpublished.
  • Any claims you make must be backed by links to research or case studies. Just steer clear of citing our competitors and using any irrelevant promotional links to websites.
  • The best blog posts include examples, so add relevant images to illustrate your point. Avoid stock photos that don’t add value to the article.
  • The article must be written in short paragraphs. Read few articles on our blog to see our writing style.
  • Provide unique information & avoid the basics (briefly explain when necessary).
  • Make sure your content isn’t all paragraphs but divided into pointers, steps, etc.
  • Add a minimum of 1 link to a relevant article of SaaSUltra.
  • Do not promote or link to our competitors (except their blogs when necessary).
  • End your post with an intriguing conclusion to engage your readers.

  • Grammarly – Spell-check your content before submitting.

  2. Proofread your content and run it through Grammarly before submission.
  3. Use proper formatting for headings and titles.
  4. Be open to accepting and improving upon the changes suggested after the review.
  5. The preferred Image size is 1200px X 640px. Please resize your images to fit the width.
  6. Maximum links to include in your post: 2 (including ours).
  7. Stick to the guidelines. Always.
